We’ve always been player advocates here are Bingo Supermarket so when a recent change in the Terms And Conditions across ALL of the 15 Network came to light, we were surprised that the move takes the brands into Cozy Games territory in our opinion.
Previously players were required to wager a minimum of £30 real cash before they were eligible to make their first withdrawal, this has now more than trebled to £100!
In addition to that a player must have £30 real cash in their account as the minimum withdrawal amount.
It is worth noting that whilst you have to wager £100, you don’t have to have deposited that much. That said, with the average full house prize on the 15 Network on a standard game at around the £20 mark, unless you are a slots player – meeting that wagering could take some time.
It is our belief that a player should be able to access any legitimate winnings with little fuss. We understand rules like:
• 48 hours before first withdrawal – this is acceptable in so far as it gives the site time to validate the account
• ID provision – this is a standard requirement at all gambling sites online.
The Reason For The Change At 15 Network
At this point, we can only speculate as to the reason for the change and that would be that we suspect they’d like to see and increase in the profits across the network.
Speaking as players, this is unlikely to do the networks reputation any favours and whilst marketing and advertising may get players to the door, the savvier amongst them are going to read the T&C’s (which we suggest ALL players do at ALL sites) before depositing, and will turn around and walk away.
What do you think of the change? Would it be a deal breaker for you as a player?
