Gaming Realms is the company behind Bingo Godz and was created by the team responsible for the creation of well-known bingo brand, Foxy. Recently the company purchased Quick Think Media, a London based marketing agency that Gaming Realms have themselves used to promote their first brand, Bingo Godz.

Other well-known clients of Quick Think Media include Iceland Bingo, Paddy Power, bet365 and Ladbrokes. The company was founded by Tom Gooding, Simon Smiley and David Hampstead, three names also responsible for Bejig, another company acquired by Gaming Realms earlier in the year and responsible for the popular app/Facebook game, Avatingo!

And the price tag for the acquisition? A cool £2.2 million – substantially lower than previous acquisitions and sales from the team behind Gaming Realms. Cashcade acquired Herotech in 2007 for a reported £13.5 million but in 2009 Cashcade was sold to bwin party for £71.9million and a further £24million as a cash contingent.

Speaking of the recent acquisition of Quick Think Media the executive chairman of Gaming Realms, Michael Buckley said, ‘Our combined marketing operations will be able to secure new customers over a shorter timeframe and at lower cost across the business, particularly in the new digital channels which are now available. In addition, QTM brings a growing profit stream and user base into the group, both of which can be used to further enhance our brand development activities.

“The online gaming environment is expanding, particularly in the mobile and tablet space where we are focused, and we are optimistic for the future of the company.’
