Holy Grail Of Prizes At Film Bingo 0
Posted on 7, January 2015
On 1st January 1975 a new film hit the cinema’s, Monty Python and the Holy Grail. This means that this iconic comedy is now 40 years old so it seems only fitting that a brand named Film Bingo celebrate with an array of ‘Python Prizes’. Each week in January there is a new task set in order to get your name into the draw to win one of the four Monty Python themed prizes on offer.
For the first week there is a Monty Python and the Holy Grail Mug on offer but as the week’s pass at Film Bingo, the prizes improve. To get into the draw this week you simply have to win on the letters N or I before midnight on Sunday 11th January.
We didn’t get it at first; why the N and I patterns? It seemed pretty random and then the penny dropped – the Knights who say ‘Ni’ are part of the Holy Grail film!
The second week of the promotion offers up Michael Palin’s book, The Python Years (1969 – 1979) in paperback. Earning your draw entries for this prize is done between 12th and 18th January. Winning a full house on the numbers 1, 19 or 75 (representative of the launch date of the film).
In the third week the prize available is a Monty Python Fluxx game. This can be won by simply visiting the Film Bingo Facebook page and posting a comment on their wall. It cant be any old comment though it must be “I fart in your general direction’ and has to be posted between 19th and 25th January.
The best prize in this promotion is available in the final week, 26th until 31st January and entries are earned for every £20 you deposit at Film Bingo in that week. The prize is a Monty Python and the Holy Grail on blu-ray. Just in case you don’t have a blu-ray player, the prize also includes a blu-ray player!
