Last week we saw Lucky Rainbow Bingo join the online bingo scene, another brand from the 15 Network (the 20th infact) but today we report on a site closure, something we haven’t had to write about in quite sometime. Bingo Joy is the site set to close its doors to players on 11th September 2014. The site is one of the most established G2 Gtech brands but to be honest, we are not surprised to hear of the impending closure.

There are many sites online today that are powered by the popular 888/Cassava software that are part of the Dragonfish network and some have been around quite some time. All too often we visit some of the more established brands to find that their welcome page looks a little dated to say the least. Bingo Cove doesn’t appear to have any plans to be on the dated list because, although only launched in September 2010 so still just a toddler, the site has undergone a redesign recently

A recent scout around You Tube revealed that this brand will soon be advertising their wares again on television (if they aren’t already) and although cheesy, we actually like the commercial

Live Bingo first started life on the Better Bingo Network powered by the Virtue Fusion software and as such was able to offer live bingo presenters. On Thursday on new bingo brand caught our eye, another from the operator 8 Ball Games. The site didn’t launch with an impressive marketing campaign, there were no fireworks but we did get an email offering us a fully funded account. It was this email that told of the opening of Top Class Bingo and of course, we popped along to check out the offering from the latest brand to launch on the Internet. Question is will we be awarding top marks for Top Class Bingo

In April 2013, just six months ago, a new Dragonfish networked brand opened its virtual doors to players. Fierce bingo launched to much controversy as the site specifically tried to appeal to the lesbian and gay demographic but missold itself as being “created exclusively for gay and lesbian players”. This is what we believe caused the failure of the brand and has resulted in the news that the site is to close on 15th October
